• Items are sent out in DIY format as standard, unless you choose the pre-packed and sealed option.
• We offer a metallic foil finish upgrade. This is a process where foil is hot pressed onto the monochrome print. There can be slight black speckles of print where the foil doesn’t completely stick but this doesn’t effect the overall appearance.

• We can customise the design within reason such as adding a venue or date. Just use the ‘add a note to your order’ option above. Please bear in mind that whilst we are very flexible in our personalisation we cannot guarantee all changes.
